10 years ago, I could barely get out of bed.
After a massive car accident, I was left very broken…
On the outside, everything looked normal.
But on the inside?
I was a mess.
Each day I woke up with excruciating pain. I’d literally roll myself out of bed, holding my neck so the jarring movements didn’t trigger a migraine or worse.
Each stabbing, sharp jab of pain, reminded me that I was not ok. My life was not normal, despite how things looked.
Those moments felt like forever. 😢
At some point, I stopped believing things could change.
I’d tried everything my doctors and therapists suggested.
But it led to a full breakdown.
My mind, body, and spirit collapsed.
Fast forward 2 years...
I was traveling the world, speaking on global stages, and building a freedom based business...
Creating a life I never imagined possible.
All while still healing.
The shift didn't come through striving.
